15
1 LORD,
who shall dwell in your sanctuary?
Who
shall live on your holy hill?
2 He
who walks blamelessly, does what is right,
And
speaks truth in his heart;
3 He
who doesn't slander with his tongue,
Nor
does evil to his friend,
Nor
casts slurs against his fellow man;
4
In
whose eyes a vile man is despised,
But
who honors those who fear the LORD;
He
who keeps an oath even when it hurts, and doesn't change;
5 He
who doesn't lend out his money for usury,
Nor
take a bribe against the innocent.
He
who does these things shall never be shaken.
PSALMS:

1 My
heart overflows with a noble theme.
I
recite my verses for the king.
My
tongue is like the pen of a skillful writer.
Grace
has anointed your lips,
Therefore
God has blessed you forever.
The
nations fall under you, with arrows in the heart of the king's
enemies.
6 Your
throne, God, is forever and ever.
A
scepter of equity is the scepter of your kingdom.
7 You
have loved righteousness, and hated wickedness.
Therefore
God, your God, has anointed you with the oil
of
gladness above your fellows.
8 All
your garments smell like myrrh, aloes, and cassia.
Out
of ivory palaces stringed instruments have made you glad.
9 Kings'
daughters are among your honorable women.
At
your right hand the queen stands in gold of Ofir.
10 Listen,
daughter, consider, and turn your ear.
Forget
your own people, and also your father's house.
11 So
will the king desire your beauty,
Honor
him, for he is your lord.
12 The
daughter of Tzor comes with a gift.
The
rich among the people entreat your favor.
13 The
princess inside is all glorious.
Her
clothing is interwoven with gold.
14 She
shall be led to the king in embroidered work.
The
virgins, her companions who follow her, shall be brought to you.
15 With
gladness and rejoicing shall they be led.
They
shall enter into the king's palace.
16 Your
sons will take the place of your fathers.
You
shall make them princes in all the eretz.
17 I
will make your name to be remembered in all generations.
Therefore
the peoples shall give you thanks forever and ever.
PSALMS:
75
1 We
give thanks to you, God,
We
give thanks, for your Name is near.
Men
tell about your wondrous works.
Full
of foaming wine mixed with spices.
He
pours it out.
Indeed
the wicked of the eretz drink and drink it to its very dregs.
PSALMS:

1 Give
thanks to the LORD!
Call
on his name! Make his doings known among the peoples.
18 They
bruised his feet with shackles.
His
neck was locked in irons,
19 Until
the time that his word happened,
And
the LORD's word proved him true.
20 The
king sent and freed him;
Even
the ruler of peoples, and let him go free.
21 He
made him lord of his house,
And
ruler of all of his possessions;
22 To
discipline his princes at his pleasure,
And
to teach his Zakenim wisdom.
23
Yisra'el
also came into Mitzrayim.
Ya`akov
sojourned in the land of Ham.
24 He
increased his people greatly,
And
made them stronger than their adversaries.
25 He
turned their heart to hate his people,
To
conspire against his servants.
26 He
sent Moshe, his servant,
And
Aharon, whom he had chosen.
27 They
performed miracles among them,
And
wonders in the land of Ham.
28 He
sent darkness, and made it dark.
They
didn't rebel against his words.
29He
turned their waters into blood,
And
killed their fish.
30 Their
land swarmed with frogs,
Even
in the chambers of their kings.
31 He
spoke, and swarms of flies came, ‘
And
lice in all their borders.
32 He
gave them hail for rain,
With
lightning in their land.
33 He
struck their vines and also their fig trees,
And
shattered the trees of their country.
34 He
spoke, and the locusts came,
And
the grasshoppers, without number,
35 Ate
up every plant in their land;
Ate
up the fruit of their ground.
36 He
struck also all the firstborn in their land,
The
chief of all their strength.
37 He
brought them forth with silver and gold.
There
was not one feeble person among his tribes.
38Mitzrayim
was glad when they departed,
For
the fear of them had fallen on them.
39 He
spread a cloud for a covering,
Fire
to give light in the night.
40 They
asked, and he brought quails,
And
satisfied them with the bread of the sky.
41 He
opened the rock, and waters gushed out.
They
ran as a river in the dry places.
42 For
he remembered his holy word,
And
Avraham, his servant.
43 He
brought forth his people with joy,
His
chosen with singing.
44 He
gave them the lands of the nations.
They
took the labor of the peoples in possession,
45 That
they might keep his statutes,
And
observe his laws.
Praise
the LORD!
PSALMS:

1 Praise
the LORD!
Praise
the name of the LORD!
Praise
him, you servants of the LORD,
In
heaven and in eretz, in the seas and in all deeps;
Who
makes lightnings with the rain;
Who
brings forth the wind out of his treasuries;

1 A
gentle answer turns away wrath,
But
a harsh word stirs up anger.
But
the prayer of the upright is his delight.
But
he loves him who follows after righteousness.
But
one who has a cheerful heart enjoys a continual feast.
But
he who listens to reproof gets understanding.
Before
honor is humility.
OLD
TESTAMENT:
JEREMIAH 2:31 - 4:18
2:31 Generation,
see the word of the LORD. Have I been a wilderness to Yisra'el? or a
land of thick darkness? why say my people, We are broken loose; we
will come no more to you? 32 Can
a virgin forget her ornaments, or a bride her attire? yet my people
have forgotten me days without number. 33 How
trimmest you your way to seek love! therefore even the wicked women
have you taught your ways. 34
Also
in your skirts is found the blood of the souls of the innocent poor:
you did not find them breaking in; but it is because of all these
things. 35 Yet
you said, I am innocent; surely his anger is turned away from me.
Behold, I will enter into judgment with you, because you say, I have
not sinned. 36 Why
go you about so much to change your way? you shall be ashamed of
Mitzrayim also, as you were ashamed of Ashshur. 37 From
there also shall you go forth, with your hands on your head: for the
LORD has rejected those in whom you trust, and you shall not prosper
with them.
3:1 They
say, If a man put away his wife, and she go from him, and become
another man's, will he return to her again? Won't that land be
greatly polluted? But you have played the prostitute with many
lovers; yet return again to me, says the LORD. 2 Lift
up your eyes to the bare heights, and see; where have you not been
lain with? By the ways have you sat for them, as an `Aravian in the
wilderness; and you have polluted the land with your prostitution
and with your wickedness. 3 Therefore
the showers have been withheld, and there has been no latter rain;
yet you have a prostitute's forehead, you refused to be
ashamed. 4 Will
you not from this time cry to me, My Father, you are the guide of my
youth? 5 Will
he retain [his anger] forever? will he keep it to the end? Behold,
you have spoken and have done evil things, and have had your
way. 6 Moreover
the LORD said to me in the days of Yoshiyahu the king, Have you seen
that which backsliding Yisra'el has done? she is gone up on every
high mountain and under every green tree, and there has played the
prostitute. 7 I
said after she had done all these things, She will return to me; but
she didn't return: and her treacherous sister Yehudah saw it. 8 I
saw, when, for this very cause that backsliding Yisra'el had
committed adultery, I had put her away and given her a bill of
divorce, yet treacherous Yehudah, her sister, didn't fear; but she
also went and played the prostitute. 9 It
happened through the lightness of her prostitution, that the land
was polluted, and she committed adultery with stones and with
stocks. 10Yet
for all this her treacherous sister Yehudah has not returned to me
with her whole heart, but only in pretense, says the LORD. 11 The
LORD said to me, Backsliding Yisra'el has shown herself more
righteous than treacherous Yehudah. 12 Go,
and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, you
backsliding Yisra'el, says the LORD; I will not look in anger on
you; for I am merciful, says the LORD, I will not keep [anger]
forever. 13 Only
acknowledge your iniquity, that you have transgressed against the
LORD your God, and have scattered your ways to the strangers under
every green tree, and you have not obeyed my voice, says the
LORD. 14 Return,
backsliding children, says the LORD; for I am a husband to you: and
I will take you one of a city, and two of a family, and I will bring
you to Tziyon: 15 and
I will give you shepherds according to my heart, who shall feed you
with knowledge and understanding. 16 It
shall come to pass, when you are multiplied and increased in the
land, in those days, says the LORD, they shall say no more, The ark
of the covenant of the LORD; neither shall it come to mind; neither
shall they remember it; neither shall they miss it; neither shall it
be made any more. 17 At
that time they shall call Yerushalayim the throne of the LORD; and
all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the name of the LORD, to
Yerushalayim: neither shall they walk any more after the
stubbornness of their evil heart. 18 In
those days the house of Yehudah shall walk with the house of
Yisra'el, and they shall come together out of the land of the north
to the land that I gave for an inheritance to your fathers. 19 But
I said, How I will put you among the children, and give you a
pleasant land, a goodly heritage of the hosts of the nations! and I
said, You shall call me My Father, and shall not turn away from
following me. 20 Surely
as a wife treacherously departs from her husband, so have you dealt
treacherously with me, house of Yisra'el, says the LORD. 21 A
voice is heard on the bare heights, the weeping [and] the petitions
of the children of Yisra'el; because they have perverted their way,
they have forgotten the LORD their God.22 Return,
you backsliding children, I will heal your backsliding. Behold, we
are come to you; for you are the LORD our God. 23 Truly
in vain is [the help that is looked for] from the hills, the tumult
on the mountains: truly in the LORD our God is the salvation of
Yisra'el. 24 But
the shameful thing has devoured the labor of our fathers from our
youth, their flocks and their herds, their sons and their
daughters. 25
Let
us lie down in our shame, and let our confusion cover us; for we
have sinned against the LORD our God, we and our fathers, from our
youth even to this day; and we have not obeyed the voice of the LORD
our God.
4:1 If
you will return, Yisra'el, says the LORD, if you will return to me,
and if you will put away your abominations out of my sight; then you
shall not be removed; 2 and
you shall swear, As the LORD lives, in truth, in justice, and in
righteousness; and the nations shall bless themselves in him, and in
him shall they glory. 3 For
thus says the LORD to the men of Yehudah and to Yerushalayim, Break
up your fallow ground, and don't sow among thorns. 4
Circumcise
yourselves to the LORD, and take away the foreskins of your heart,
you men of Yehudah and inhabitants of Yerushalayim; lest my wrath go
forth like fire, and burn so that none can quench it, because of the
evil of your doings. 5 Declare
you in Yehudah, and publish in Yerushalayim; and say, Blow you the
shofar in the land: cry aloud and say, Assemble yourselves, and let
us go into the fortified cities. 6 Set
up a standard toward Tziyon: flee for safety, don't stay; for I will
bring evil from the north, and a great destruction. 7 A
lion is gone up from his thicket, and a destroyer of nations; he is
on his way, he is gone forth from his place, to make your land
desolate, that your cities be laid waste, without inhabitant. 8 For
this gird you with sackcloth, lament and wail; for the fierce anger
of the LORD hasn't turned back from us. 9 It
shall happen at that day, says the LORD, that the heart of the king
shall perish, and the heart of the princes; and the Kohanim shall be
astonished, and the prophets shall wonder. 10 Then
said I, Ah, Lord GOD! surely you have greatly deceived this people
and Yerushalayim, saying, You shall have shalom; whereas the sword
reaches to the life. 11 At
that time shall it be said to this people and to Yerushalayim, A hot
wind from the bare heights in the wilderness toward the daughter of
my people, not to winnow, nor to cleanse; 12 a
full wind from these shall come for me: now will I also utter
judgments against them. 13 Behold,
he shall come up as clouds, and his chariots [shall be] as the
whirlwind: his horses are swifter than eagles. Woe to us! for we are
ruined. 14 Yerushalayim,
wash your heart from wickedness, that you may be saved. How long
shall your evil thoughts lodge within you? 15 For
a voice declares from Dan, and publishes evil from the hills of
Efrayim: 16 make
you mention to the nations; behold, publish against Yerushalayim,
[that] watchers come from a far country, and give out their voice
against the cities of Yehudah. 17 As
keepers of a field are they against her round about, because she has
been rebellious against me, says the LORD. 18 Your
way and your doings have procured these things to you; this is your
wickedness; for it is bitter, for it reaches to your heart.
NEW
TESTAMENT:
COLOSSIANS 1:1 - 17
1:1 Sha'ul,
an apostle of Messiah Yeshua through the will of God, and Timothy
our brother,
2 To
the holy ones and faithful brothers in Messiah [who are] at
Colossae: Grace to you and shalom from God, our Father, and the
Lord, Yeshua the Messiah.
3 We
give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord, Yeshua the Messiah,
praying always for you,
4 having
heard of your faith in Messiah Yeshua, and of the love which you
have toward all the holy ones,
5 because
of the hope which is laid up for you in the heavens, whereof you
heard before in the word of the truth of the Good News,
6 which
has come to you; even as it is in all the world and is bearing fruit
and increasing, as it does in you also, since the day you heard and
knew the grace of God in truth;
7 even
as you learned of Epaphras our beloved fellow-servant, who is a
faithful minister of Messiah on our behalf,
8 who
also declared to us your love in the Spirit.
9 For
this cause, we also, since the day we heard this, don't cease
praying and making requests for you, that you may be filled with the
knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding,
10 that
you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects,
bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of
God;
11 strengthened
with all power, according to the might of his glory, to all patience
and perseverance with joy;
12 giving
thanks to the Father, who made us fit to be partakers of the
inheritance of the holy ones in light;
13 who
delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into
the kingdom of the Son of his love;
14 in
whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of
our sins;
15 who
is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.
16 For
by him were all things created, in the heavens and on the eretz,
things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or
principalities or powers; all things have been created through him,
and to him.
17
He
is before all things, and in him all things are held together.
John 3:16-21 16 "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, F that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. 18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.G 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God."
